及物由英语中的及物动词(Transitive-Verb)而来，可触及可感知，我们希望建筑不仅是满足其功能之物，同时也是体现人文特点和融入环境的能触及我们自身情感的精神场所。

团队核心成员曾长期就职于矶崎新工作室等国际知名公司，拥有10余年专业经验，专注于对不同类型的建筑提出具有针对性的设计方案，追求具有突破性、创造性的想法和技术创新，让建筑、空间、场所密切融合的同时富有人文特点和自然属性。过去几年间，我们完成了韩国光州城市主图书馆竞赛、苏州古城区华阳里别墅改造、贵州遵义团结村木屋酒店、葫芦岛环保生态园规划、温州肯恩大学图书馆活动中心、上海万科办公总部改建国际学校、上海市北高新技术产业园4#地块、南京中冶售楼中心赛等项目。其中上海市北高新技术产业园4#地块项目入围了2014年WAF(World-Architecture-Festival)奖项，木屋酒店入选了Dezeen2019年建筑名录及Dezeen2019中国区10大项目，多个项目被Archdaily、Dezeen、Designboom、Gooood谷德等专业网站收录。

Chinese words ‘及物(Ji-Wu)’ are derived from transitive verbs in English that implies ‘can be touched and felt’. We hope that architecture is not only a subject that satisfies its function but also a spiritual place that embodies human characteristics and integrates them with the environment and can touch our own emotions, and it needs to be somewhat critical.

Members of our core team have worked for top international companies such as Arata Isozaki & Associates(Shanghai) for a long period of time. Each of them has more than 10 years of experience in the field of architecture. We focus on proposing targeted design solutions to different types of public space, pursuing creative ideas and technological innovation to develop buildings, spaces and place enriched with humane features and natural attributes through optimum integration and coordination.Some of our prestigious projects completed are the Gwangju City Main Library Competition in Korea, the renovation of house huayngli in Suzhou, Huludao green Ecological Park Planning,Zunyi Wood house hotel, etc. Among them, the library competition was got third place,Wood house hotel was selected as one of the top 10 Chiense project of Dezeen Awards 2019,and some other projects were widely featured by the professional media such as Archdaily, Dezeen,Architizer,Archiposition, Gooood,etc.
